Summary: The hotel is so tired and smelled so ghastly in the hallways. The room could not be cooled. No outlets by the bed. The star of the show was the bed and pillows which were top shelf

Summary: Overall excellent.Great location for university and centre.Nice room on top floor with nice views.Only comment really was there was no coffee available at the bar at 8.30pm and no coffee plunger for filter coffee in room.

Summary: On check in the wifi did not work, I gave it it an hour or so and retried but still wouldn't so called fornt desk who said they had logged issue with thier IT. Had a Zoom business call at 8pm but wasn't able to join on video as had to limit usage via hot spot. Tried again in the morning and still not working. Asked at reception for any compensation or free breakfast at the buffet was was declined.

Summary: Stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks for events at Spark Arena. Great, easy comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff. Easy to get a park. Beds very comfortable. Fairly spacious rooms. Thank you.
